    Latest Data Page Blank

I am experiencing an issue where when I click on "latest data" tab and I am getting a blank page. Looking at the apache log I see:

PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 792723456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 21 bytes) in /opt/zabbix-web/include/db.inc.php on line 616, referer:

I have tried increasing the php memory to several Gigs but it just seems to continue to eat it all up and then crash.

    Appreciate the assistance.

What version of Zabbix is this with?
    And what version of PHP?

In my php.ini, I have memory_limit set to 256 and have never had an issue in any of the 2.0.x releases with it set to that.

; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (128MB)
    memory_limit = 256M

I am also using PHP 5.3.3

      PHP 5.4.6-1ubuntu1.4
      Zabbix 2.1.8

memory_limit is currently at 756M. As I have said I played around with expanding it more but it continues to do the same.

      Appreciate the help

Ah. OK. 2.1.8 is a beta release. Might want to consider opening a ticket in the bug tracker: https://support.zabbix.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

You have to create an account there, which is separate from your forum account.

My guess is because your user does not have a host group and host filter selected when going to the Latest Data page.

Perhaps there should be a configurable limit for the amount of records that it will return.

You can easily fix this issue by typing something in the Search textbox (top right) and then clicking the Latest Data link on a single host. That way Zabbix should set the host group and host filter to that host, so that when you navigate to Monitoring > Latest Data again it shouldn't run out of memory.

http://<IP>/zabbix/latest.php?filter_rst or http://<IP>/zabbix/latest.php?filter_rst=1 this will reset all filters for latest data page.

              this worked OK for me
