I'm hoping someone can help me, I have a problem with one of my Trigger not being cancelled (screenshot below) the actions normally email us when there is a problem and when it is resolved.
{Template_Zabbix_Agent:agent.ping.nodata(2m)}=1

The agent.ping as part of our zabbix agent template on some hosts gets listed as a problem and emails us, the trigger is only activated for a very short amount of time, but after being listed as 'OK' in the web interface we continue to receive "problem emails" It seems to be affecting generally the same hosts each time and the only way we can stop receiving emails is to acknowledge them under the Events tab.
We are running a physical CentOS 6.4 server running Zabbix 2.0.8-3.el6.x86_64 with a virtual CentOS 6.4 server running mysql55-server-5.5.34-1.ius.el6.x86_64.
