    2.0.6 - SLA day/week/month don't match

    Hi ,

    I have a few months configured the SLA for some services.
    Just now I have notice there some mismatch between day/week/month report (when we click over the SLA item , report3.php).

    Compares the red columns (Problems)... they don't match.
    How investigate the reason for that?

      Complementation of the problem.

      Checking my triggers and my "downtime" configurations, there is no downtime :
      (I can not copy the screen because the limitation of attachment size, so I copied as TXT) :

      This is my rules for scheduled downtime
      Type Interval Note Action
      Downtime Monday 20:00 - Tuesday 01:00
      Downtime Tuesday 20:00 - Wednesday 01:00
      Downtime Wednesday 20:00 - Thursday 01:00
      Downtime Thursday 20:00 - Friday 01:00
      Downtime Friday 20:00 - Saturday 01:00
      Downtime Saturday 15:00 - Saturday 23:59
      One-time downtime Oct 19th, 2013 12:01 AM - Oct 20th, 2013 07:00 AM Alteração do Horario de Verão
      this is all problems occurred for the trigger used for this SLA
      All them fit over the downtime pre-scheduled.
