Windows Event Logs sitting in QUEUE

Hi Alexei,

I noticed that the items for Eventlogs are sitting always for some hosts in the QUEUE.
But it seems to sit there only for those logs, where no new item came in.

I will monitor, if the next entry in the eventlog will update the Queue entry.

It is just irritating me, that quite old stuff is sitting in the queue, but the agent is running fine.

Maybe you can add a second order column, as I see queue is sorted by
next check, maybe you can order by next check,Host.

Same for me, the eventlog checks are always on the queue... I guess it's just normal, cause it works.

They are in queue until the next time a new event is picked up - this has been the behavior I have seen since I started with ZABBIX over a year ago.

Personally I think they shouldn't show as being in queue just because there wasn't a new log entry on the last check. Items should only show in queue if they are truely waiting to run.

You are right. All log related item are excluded from the queue. The fix is in pre 1.4.2. You may download the latest queue.php if interested.

The problem was registered and fixed as ZBX-107.
