    Trouble with SLA/IT services

    Hi,

    I have an application write in C, wich opens a port 6500, a have created a item, trigger, actions, for this, this works fine up here.
    I created a IT service for report this.
    "Configuration" -> "IT services"
    Name: <name_of_application>
    status calculation: none
    Show SLA: 99.05
    Link to trigger: trigger for app...
    Sort order: 0 (what is this?)
    then "Save"

    well, this SLA even show 100%, but the service down many times. SLA don't update this
    info...


    what i'm wrong?

      Hello,

      and I have got the same problem too !

      Sure that Alexei can help us by writing a little "HOW-TO IT Services"

      And if someone else can give us information how to test IT services to make sure that they are working OK ... It will be very appreciated !!
