The trigger was triggered but the notification started hours later

Hello. I have Zabbix server 3.2.8.
Short version:
3 trigger was triggered at same time, for A and B the configured action (notifications) was initiated after 12 h and 53 minutes...

Long version:
I have 3 host. A and B simple "Template ICMP Ping", the C host is a "Template OS Windows".
At date 2018-03-23 20:55:48, the Host A (an antenna) goes down.
At date 2018-03-23 20:55:50, the Host B (an antenna) goes down.
For A and B zabbix triggered the trigger "unavailable by ICMP" on the date indicated.
At date 2018-03-23 20:57:30, the Host C zabbix detect: "C is unreachable for 5 minutes"
C was clearly connected downstream of the two antennas.

Zabbix send notification for A and B at 2018-03-24 09:48:07, but for the host C at 2018-03-23 20:57:33.

No maintenance period had been set.
All three hosts are within the same group, and therefore fall within the same actions.
In each case they fell within two different actions, which notified different people and in different ways (email and slack). All these notifications were sent at the same time, but much later than necessary.
Does anyone have any ideas? What could I check?

Make sure "Template App Zabbix Server" template has been aligned to Zabbix server. Then you can check internal Zabbix health under:

Hi Aigars, thanks for reply.
Template was ok, and the % for alerter process is about 0,3%.
But now, after 7 days, I have only trand and not the detalied info.
However I do not have many hosts (about 100), my new value for second is about 80 ... I do not expect big problems on that front. at that moment there were not even other problems.

Other ideas?
