I would suggest to log on into this server and look which process takes space in RAM.

On linux this can be checked via command line:

ps aux --sort -rss

On windows (tested on Windows 10 only)

tasklist | sort /+58 | findstr "Console"
tasklist | sort /+58 | findstr "Services"
