What does "Support for HTTPS check was not compiled in." mean in regard to the item key net.tcp.service.perf[https]? I installed Zabbix from packages, not source. The net.tcp.service.perf[http] key is working fine. Could this be because the agent is on a Windows server?

When you start zabbix server, what does it say in the log, is it 27487:20180419:110512.137 Web monitoring: YES
If it is NO then you need to refer to package maintainer. -
