setup.php loops at stage 2

After having issues after an upgrade, I'm resorting to installing from scratch.

OS CentOS 7.4.1708 Zabbix 3.4.8 installed with packages, PHP 5.4.16 (cli) (built: Mar 7 2018 13:34:47)

At stage 2, everything is OK.

Next Step just returns to the step 1 Welcome page.

Please confirm that php interpretor works well throught web server. Please create a file 'test.php' in web directory with content:

phpinfo();
?>

Which application you are using to serve the frontend? nginx, httpd? What does the log file says:

cat /var/log/httpd/error_log
