Exporting Hosts and groups without linked Templates

Greetings,

We are using Zabbix rev 3.2 with over 200 server hosts organized in groups and linked to the correspond templates.
The data received seems to be OK but with some false alerts, or glitches due to miss configuration by other.
I want start fresh and setup another Zabbix server version 4.0
I would like to know if there is option of exporting just the hosts and host group without any linked templates.

Really bad approach. Without figuring out what is wrong by starting fresh installation you have high chance to do exactly the same mistakes and have the same errors.

first of all thanks for the comment, absolutely agree.
unfortunately this is not the case I didn't build that server from the first place.
so I rather to work on something that I setup from A-Z without bumping into 'surprises' in between.
However, I found what I looking for

Configuration > Hosts > Import (right top corner)
and than choose which rules to import
