Is it posiible to disable host by discovery event, if host was added manually?

Hello.

Is it possible to disable turned-off hosts,that was added manually(or by active-agent auto registration), by discovery rule?

I have added discovery rule by icmp ping, and I expect that turned-off host will appear in down status, so I should disable them by action.
But turned-off hosts doesn't appear in discovery status.

Is it way to do this?
