Failed to accept an incoming connection: TLS handshake set result code to 5:

Since this morning I'm starting to see TLS handshake errors in the agent log on one of my hosts.
77956:20180513:120117.027 failed to accept an incoming connection: from {IP}: TLS handshake set result code to 5:

This also results in triggers, as the agent becomes unreachable for some time..

I'm not sure what's causing these issues, as there is no packet loss or other network connection issues.
The only thing I've changed is the adding two Zabbix active checks (power shell scripts), but I doubt this affects the TLS handshake.. I made this change on some other hosts, which are not experiencing any issues.

Could anyone tell me what this TLS handshake error means and what could cause it?

I have got the same issue. Have you solved it? (6 years later )
