Custom Alerts for User Groups

Hello,

We are having issues to setup alerts for a user group we created. So we have a user group and we have a host group assigned to the user group. Screen shot: http://take.ms/g4Oq6 , http://take.ms/OP4vn . When alerts go off only the zabbix admins receive them, none of the users in that group receive the alerts. Also is there away to have only the user groups receive the alerts and not the zabbix admins?

Please check whether the message sending process addressed to that user group is registered in the action.

Just by sending a message to the Zabbix administrator, simply enabling the sample action provided by default.

Is Media configured in the properties of each user in the appropriate group?

Does the user group have access authority to the failed host?
User group must have at least authority to read.
