Zabbix 2.2.1 - Image labeling on Maps doesn't work

While labeling of element type "Host" works, labeling an "Image" element type doesn't.
It labels it as an Image see attached pic.

It's works fine for me , I checked it on Zabbix 2.2.1 Appliance.
Try to edit it with another browser, on another network, ....

I had a similar frontend issue on business network, when our company firewall blocked some Zabbix AJAX requests.
