The macros in operations do not work if they are from the child node

Hello,

I've upgrade to 2.2.1 from 2.0.7. I did not find any apparent problem, (except for Last Data and overview menu on frontend collapse cpu)...

I've 2 nodes (master&child configuration). Now, when I receive a mail notification for a host from child node host.name and item.name macros become *Unknow*. Only fails with child node notifications from master node works ok.
I've tried to change it for another macros adding "1" (hots.name1) with the same result.

Trigger.name and trigger status works fine.

Any Idea? may be data base
