Monitoring LUN of NetApp

I've a fresh zabbix 3.4 on centOS 7 and I'm trying to configure the monitoring for my NetApp.

It's possible setup alerts for my Luns?

I've configured my netapp host in zabbix server, with the Template SNMP NetApp.

I want to receive alerts when my LUNs get low space (For example, when my LUNs get 90% used space).




For the LUNs the only trigger I have is this:
