URL in alert email for acknowledgement

Hi,

I would like to have an URL in my Alert Email for accessing the acknowledgement page without opening the frontend first.

/acknow.php?eventid={ITEM.ID}&triggerid={TRIGGER.ID}

This URL does not work as I get the attached error.

Change your URL to be...

acknow.php?triggers[]={TRIGGER.ID}&backurl=tr_status.php 

If you don't have eventid set (like it does on the dashboard), it expects a different parameter (highlight the link on the trigger status page and you will see this syntax)

Hello, this works very well until update to 6.0 from 5.0 . In 6.0 i have following error:

Fatal error, please report to the Zabbix team[LIST][*]Controller: popup[*]action: popup[*]eventids: array[*]popup_action: acknowledge.edit[/LIST]
