I need to solve one problem:
I have a trigger, that shows me if some port gone down for the last day. I see it now, like a message "Link down in port 11 on host 192.168.0.1". Now i want to add alias to it, to see the description of the port. It should be like "Link down in port 11 on host 192.168.0.1 description Port to the internet". Description should be taken from the physical port, of the switch/router, but not from the some zabbix software description. I've read a lot of manuals, but nothing was close to solve my problem. What should i do?
