Connection Timeout

Hello,

I have a little problem with a script that i want to execute from the dashboard (like ping, traceroute etc)
This script create a JIRA ticket

It works perfectly from shell, with zabbix user etc ..

But from Zabbix GUI, it shows me this error (screen attachment)

Do you know what could occur this ?

Probably you've been trying to test this script from root or other user.
Did you try to run this script from zabbix account on zabbix server host?

Sorry for the late answer, but yes, i tried running it from zabbix user, it works perfectly
