ZABBIX Administrators lost administrator rights.

I am using ZABBIX 3.2.1, enable LADP authentication. These two days something strange is happened. My administrators accounts(domain account) can not see my Administrator tab in Dashboard. And I can see my host groups. At first I thought it is a privilege problem. so I change the database authentication type to internal(0). After that I found local admin account is not working too. Did someone see this problem before? or give me some suggestion. Thanks in advance.

I found a database value named type in user table is changed. I don't know why? and I did not open the log record in MariaDB.
