Zabbix Frontend Installation Wizard is Looping after PHP Variable Check

I installed Zabbix 3.4 on RHEL 7 with MySQL, and made all the necessary configuration changes. When I select the "Next" button on the frontend installer wizard, I am taken to the php initialization page. All fields are marked as
"OK". When I click the "Next' button, I am taken back to the previous screen, and so on. Has anyone experienced this issue before? It is similar to this issue from Zabbix v2.4: (https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-9063) , but I have tried the solution presented there, which does not work.

    Hi,

Please show permissions for the Zabbix web frontend directory.

      Hi,

These are the permissions for /usr/share/zabbix, the directory where the PHP files are located, is this what you meant?

      drwxrwxrwx 13 apache zabbix 4096 Jun 25 14:44 zabbix

For context, httpd is running with user apache, group zabbix as per the recommendation of (https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-9063)

Also, if session.save_path parameter from php.ini is not writable - sessions will not work. Please, check this parameter.

Yes, that directory is writeable, and I can see the session data being written there when I navigate between the two pages of the setup wizard that I can see.

Hi, I figured out the issue, it was a problem with the routing done by our load-balancer, not a Zabbix issue. Thanks for the assistance.
