zaabbix agent problem with plesk server

Hi guys.
I have installed Zabbix server and it is working good with different servers.
Now, I want to monitor a Plesk server . I have installed Zabbix agent on Plesk server and configure it as same as other servers.
But As you see in photo agent doesn't response.

Can anyone help me?

What did you judge that there was no response?
If the icon does not turn green, try adding items of type "Zabbix agent".

Thanks for your response. I tried but doesn't work. Why other hosts doesn't need to add items of type "Zabbix agent", And automatically icon turns to green after install "Zabbix agent" on host?

Installing the Zabbix agent does not make it green.

After installing the Zabbix agent on the monitoring target, ZBX will not become green unless you can register the item of type "Zabbix agent" and get the value.
If there is no item registration but ZBX is green, there should be something that the value of the item could be acquired even once in the past.
