Zabbix agent failed to start - Windows Server 2012R2

Hi Team,

I'm having issue on zabbix agent failed to start on windows 2012R2 servers with following errors:

8256:20180802:175435.798 listener failed: bind() for [[-]:10050] failed: [0x00002740] Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.


Attached my config information for reference.

Zabbix agent version: 3.4.6
Zabbix server version: 3.4.11

This is an intermittent issue where server restart might fix it temporarily. Once service is restarted for few times, this issue will occur and agent service can't be started.

Did you ever get to the bottom of this issue? I'm having the same problem.
