Zabbix Proxy queue too much events

Hello guys,

Environment:

a) 1 Zabbix Server - Ubuntu
b) 1 Zabbix Proxy - Ubuntu

The problem is that I have too much event queue from the Zabbix Proxy:


Administration >>> Queue

Zabbix agent 0 0 2 0 0 4
Zabbix agent (active) 0 0 0 0 0 0
Simple check 0 0 0 0 0 84
SNMPv1 agent 0 0 0 0 0 0
SNMPv2 agent 0 0 0 0 0 0
SNMPv3 agent 0 0 0 0 0 0

More than 10 minutes. Which is the value that i should check on the Zabbix Server and Zabbix Proxy ?

I mean "Update interval (in sec)" parameter of the items. If you go to "Configuration -> Hosts -> <click Items> -> <click item>" you will see it in the form:
