Can't access open problems after server migration

    Hi @all,

I moved zabbix to new hardware and migrated the database without history and trend data.

Everything is working so far expect the open problems which exists before the migration.

    I get the following error:

    Access denied
    • You are logged in as "Admin". You have no permissions to access this page.
    • If you think this message is wrong, please consult your administrators about getting the necessary permissions.

Any idea how to close the open problems?

I found out, that they only disappear when I remove the host.

    Regards, Chris

IF it is not the cache issue then did you had a word with the Zabbix support team? I`m sure they will be able to guide you within few minutes.
