Cannot accurately apply filter: no value received for macro "{#IFNAME}".

    Hi,
I'm trying to monitor WiFi router with SNMP. All is fine, but I'd like to know how many bits it received and sent, so as I understand, I need template Intefaces SNMP, which I added. And... nothing, After 20 minutes I have not any items appeared. In Discovered rules -> Info, I've got this: Cannot accurately apply filter: no value received for macro "{#IFNAME}". In internet, and in Zabbix community all I've found it's info that this alert is appeared, when JSON data do not contain a value for the corresponding macro.
All another dvices whch I''m monitoring with SNMP are working well.
May be, somebody facing this problem?
Meanwhile, template generic SNMP works fine and I have items from this template.

Please tell me the detailed version of Zabbix you are using.

Also, are you trying to use a template that is checking the operation in the environment of the version of Zabbix you are using?
If it was a template for an older version of Zabbix, it may be necessary to modify the discovery rule to match the version of Zabbix.

Hi, Atsushi, thank you for your reply.
      I'm using
      "zabbix_server (Zabbix) 3.4.9
      Revision 80550 9 May 2018, compilation time: May 9 2018 10:11:24"

I'm using standart template Template Module Interfaces SNMPv2 and it wors fine for switches for example.
How could I check it's compatibility?

You can monitor other devices with the same template from the same Zabbix server, right?
Is the setting of the SNMP community consistent between the device and the Zabbix server?

      Atsushi,
Yes, I can monitor other devices on this server.
SNMP Community named public by default, so I'm using this name in macros configurtion.

      Udate:
I've checke my UPS monitoring, and I figured out that have the same problem with them. May be you have any suggestion how to monitor UPS?

Perhaps the device does not support SNMP bulk requests.
Please try turning off the "Use bulk requests" check box of the SNMP interface of the host for which the value could not be acquired.

I am facing the same issue when I try to monitor the Gajsheild firewall.

Cannot accurately apply filter: no value received for macro "{#IFNAME}".

But is properly working for Palo alto firewall.

        Kindly help.
