Duplicate entry in event_recovery / problems become not solved anymore ;(

I hamave a serious problem with my zabbix installation.
Problems that are no longer a problem are not getting automatically solved. That nearly makes the system useless because
I don't know if the problem is a problem or not
In the zabbix logs I get that error message:
[Z3005] query failed: [1062] Duplicate entry '146362' for key 'PRIMARY' [insert into event_recovery (eventid,r_eventid,correlationid,c_eventid,userid) values .....
After googling around I found the following bug (but it is not confirmed): https://support.zabbix.com/browse/ZBX-14466
So my question is: Does anyone else has the same problem and how can I solve it?
Is it possible to delete all problems in the database?
