Items that takes more than 30 sec (Timeout) make other items fails an Zabbix Agent

Hello i recognize,
that if i ad 2 items to Zabix Agent (Script via userparamaeter) other items gets nodata.
this 2 Itimes takes more than 30 seconds (Script "Schow Folder Size", if many files inside, that needs more than 30 secs to calculate this size of a path)

however i edit the zabbix client configuration

Timeout=30
StartAgents=50


Question WHY this to Items makes the other items like "agent.ping" not working `? how to solve this ?

Yes, by default zabbix agent would only start 3 processes to handle passive checks (StartAgents=3). Did you restart the agent after modifying its configuration file? (For the record, 50 is probably too much unless you have a lot of traffic going through this agent.)

Hello demir,
i know the Zabbix Client re read the config by Service start (yes i restartet the service)...
I changed to 20 Zabbix Agents on the critical VM (previe it was 3) ...
Now i test it for one day to see results!

i will write after testing.!
