zabbix agents on windows server start error

I am trying to start the zabbix agent service on Windows Server 2008R2 64-bit but getting error:

Cannot start the Service, Cannot find the file specified.

same error when starting from service.msc also.

I have added that path under zabbix/bin to SYSTEM Environment Variable PATH under windows.
