Apache/Httpd active connection monitoring.

Hi Everyone,

I was trying to monitor Apache/Http active connection IPs of one of my host linux server but failed.

Tried to implement one of the configuration from below mentioned link

Can you guys please let me know is it possible to monitor in such a way and if yes then how?
