Trigger Fires, but no Action is Triggered

Hello All -

I noticed yesterday that one of my hosts does not get an email notification sent out when a trigger is fired. I'm not seeing anything in actions or triggers that would indicate why emails aren't being sent for this host. Anyone have any ideas as to what else I can check to find out why actions aren't being triggered for this host?

I may have resolved the issue. I set the permissions for my user group to read/write and an action was triggered for this host. Why would this trigger an alert to be sent?
