Optical power monitoring for SFP port

I want to monitor the optical power of SFP port for Cisco and Nokia Alcatel Timetra devices,
Can anyone find the solution to this?
Anyone know about OID for this?

Sorry, I have never worked with those devices, just tried to help. Hopefully someone else will respond.
