Auto registration fails when 'Link to template' operation is present

I successfully got the auto registration to work and so became bold and started adding other useful things to the Action. However as soon as I add a "Link to template" operation (and I have tried both "standard" ones like Template OS Linux as well as custom ones), servers will no longer auto register. Remove the Link to template operation and auto registration works once more.

Any ideas? I am using version 3.4

It should be 3.4.x please try latest one 3.4.14 I believe, Therr could have been a bug

Sorry it's been so long to get back to you but I went away on vacation on the 21st September and I have only just returned. I was on 3.4.13. I've upgraded to 3.4.14 and it's working fine now. Thanks for the hint and for responding so quickly.
