Zabbix agent not connecting

Hi,

So i have 2 computers and both have Zabbix agent installed and running yet one of them succeeds to connect while both have the same zabbix.conf file.
Firewall is off.

Any ideas?

What do you see in agent logs?
Passive or active agent setup?

Where can i see the agent logs? in the same map as the conf file?
I think its active.
