No permissions for system access.

Dear Community,
i have one problem in login phase. My zabbix solution is 3.4.14, Server version: 10.1.34-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 Ubuntu 18.04, last update was make in 3/09/2018 and then reboot the machine. All has work!!
From yesterday have this issue: No permission for system access. Have no way for login except guest mode. No single sign on access is possible, but is configured correctly (has work since 2 day ago), no local access is possible, i try to reset Admin password through DB access (update zabbix.user set passwd=md5('password') where alias='Admin')

I need your help boys!!
For now zabbix work only in guest mode...

Can you execute the following SQL query?

select authentication_type from config;

I upgraded to 4.0 from 3.4 ,then the error only occures when I browse the zabbix web on cellphone or pad.

Maybe clearing your browser cache will help you.

I had the same problem. I fixed it by making a change to the database:

UPDATE config SET http_login_form = 1 WHERE configid = 1;

This hasn't been helpful for me. I've upgraded to Zabbix5.0.7. with mysql database. HTTP authentication is disabled.
When I am trying to log in from incognito, Zabbix is logging me as Guest user, but when I'm logging from the browser where I haven't deleted cookies, sessions and cache it's logging me how it's supposed to (with super admin credentials)
