Zabbix False Trigger Alarms

Hello everyone.
I am having this issue on Zabbix, where it keeps sending me alarms that doesn't meant to be triggered.
Those triggers are about "host restarted" or "host unavailable".

I've putted some attachments in order to be more clear.

Notice that in the Telegram alarms we have "uptime item" with days of uptime on the latest data. And those triggers are for "host restarted"

Anyone having this kind of problem?

Here's my Item history.
As you can see the gather at 16:00:59 is higher than the next gather. This might be the problem, but I don't know where I can look to solve it
