Upgraded to zabbix 4.0, then went to upgrade the templates, but the latest zabbix server template seems to be 3.4 (on share.zabbix.com); and the release notes say this template has been updated for 4.0.

Your best bet might be to install a fresh 4.0 and export the ones you want manually and then import them into your production system. I've done this many times in the past myself.
