Zbx 4.0 - Dependancies when adding a "Community template" - SNMP

Hello , new Zabbix 4.0 user here

I want to add a template for a D-Link DGS-1210-10P switch , and have found a "Generic SNMPv2 & a 1210-10p

But the "Generic" says it is dependent on the below pack

1: Can i just install that pack (v3.4) on a v4.0 system
2: Can i check if it is already installed (The system can already detect my HP-1810 switches via snmp)
3: I will read the doc ... , but a quick hint how2 install a template would be nice
