Problem with maps after upgrade from Zabbix 3.4 to 4.0

Hi guys,
today I have updated my Zabbix and after the update process there is a problem: I can not see properly my maps but the graphs are OK.

If I go to edit the map I can see it except the link beetween the devices.

I have the same problem after upgrade in Debian from 3.x to 4.0

The map only shows the first element, the rest is dropped (I assume because of the JS error)

thanks for the answare.
Where did you see this error? When you create the maps?
I have checked the log in /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log but I did not found any error log about maps

Could it be a permission problem?

They are in the browser window. Those are all Javascript errors. I see them in Chrome and Firefox

But I do not know the reason, besides that it seems to be some issue with the images (SVG map) and something missing. Thought I checked my GUI resources and all images load fine there

I tried pulling in jsLoader.php from github but the problem remains. I'm using zabbix on debian buster, is anyone else having this problem or found a solution?

Interestingly, if i log in as guest, the map is visible but has no labels.

Turns out this is the relevant bug:

It's specific to the debian package which uses prototype.js v1.7.1 instead of 1.6.1

Replacing the symlink at /usr/share/zabbix/js/vendors/prototype.js with prototype.js v1.6.1 resolves the problem.
