Upgrade frontend zabbix2.0

I wanted to ask if there is any way to upgrade zabbix 2.0 frontend to php7? I mean directly without upgrading backend,

Since Zabbix 2.0 is an older version, it will not be compatible with PHP 7.
Several error messages are output and should not work properly.
I think that it was Zabbix 3.4 or later that officially corresponds to PHP 7.
