Zabbix Agent not checking into Zabbix

One server I setup the agent on, it works fine. tried it on two more servers, and they both are leaving the ZBX greyed out in zabbix, its not communicating for whatever reason. If i check the agent log using the debug level 3, i have no errors, just the below.

but for whatever reason it is not checking into zabbix, ive restarted the agent multiple times. anything else for me to try and look into?

Resolved, it seems for it to be able to communicate you HAVE to assign a template before it will.
