Zabbix Didn't pickup the alterscripts

I added to sendmail script to alterscript folder but I'm unbale to sned email alert from using that script

When confirming the details of Problems, is something displayed in Actions?
Have you placed the script you want to execute in the directory set in AlertScriptsPath in zabbix_server.conf?
Is it possible for the zabbix user to execute the file?
Have you specified only the file name in the media settings?
Is the setting of additional parameters added in the media setting?

Please do not know what kind of setting you are doing and what kind of condition it is, so please check one by one.

Hi Atsusi thank for the reply,

yes script is in the alter-script file which is mention in the zabbix conf file and zabbix user can execute the script.I checked this manually login as the zabbix user.
and also in create the new media type mentioning that script but i didn't set the additional parameters.. Is that necessary ?

I do not know the version of Zabbix you are using.
