Only getting one email alert

I set up Zabbix 2.2 to email me alerts. I get the initial email when the alert is triggered but I am trying to set up alerts to email me every "X" amount of minutes until acknowledged or it clears. I am fairly new to Zabbix so I am sure I am missing something very easy.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I actually figured it out. Took some digging around but I came to understand the correlation between the Default Operation Step Duration and the Step settings for "To".
