Items proc.num[] and net.tcp.port[] return wrong values, Zabbix agent v2.2.2

I want to monitor processes on linux server with Scientific Linux release 6.2 (Carbon), but zabbix server collects wrong values.

For example:

root@nms3:~# zabbix_get -s [I]ip_address[/I] -k proc.num[]
6

this is what i get from zabbix server, but zabbix_agent on that server gives value:

[root@zimbra zabbix]# su -c 'zabbix_agentd -t proc.num[]' zabbix -s /bin/bash
Creating home directory for zabbix.
proc.num[]                                    [u|308]

Same with item net.tcp.port[]

root@nms3:~# zabbix_get -s 92.60.52.47 -k net.tcp.port[,25]
0

[root@zimbra zabbix]# su -c 'zabbix_agentd -t net.tcp.port[,25]' zabbix -s /bin/bash
Creating home directory for zabbix.
net.tcp.port[,25]                             [u|1]

Why are the values diffrent if zabbix_server collets information via zabbix_agent? How can I fix it?

I have the same problem. when run
zabbix_get -s <monitored server ip> -k proc.num[] on server side

always return 6, whereas run

zabbix_agentd -t proc.num[] on monitored server alwayts return correct result, like

[u|91]

Zabbix server: zabbix 2.4 on Centos 6.5
Monitored server : zabbix 2.4 on Centos 6.5
