Active checks for hosts that does not exist

Hello,

we deleted old hosts from our zabbix monitoring.
In zabbix_server.log i see these entries every 2-5 minutes.

3071:20181107:085847.992 cannot send list of active checks to "192.168.82.129": host [mam499bak] not found
3072:20181107:085907.446 cannot send list of active checks to "192.168.8.100": host [mailrelay] not found

When i check web ui i can not found the ip or hostname anymore.
Any ideas ? Something what stucks in zabbix database ?

Hi,

These hosts still have Zabbix agents running and "ServerActive" fields configured towards your Zabbix server thus initiating a connection every two minutes. If you don't want to see these lines in the log for deleted hosts then either stop those agents as well or point ServerActive on them elsewhere.
