Proxy adding data an hour later

Hi I recently upgraded to 2.2.2 on all our servers but it seems one of our proxies is sending its data and hour late then having huge gaps inbetween. I upgraded the proxy from a zabbix-proxy-mysql to zabbix-proxy-sqlite3 without really changing the config.

I looked at the data sender part it was taking forever to send anything. I uped the trappers on the server but it now it doesn't send anything. Does this have to do with the change between sqlite3 and mysql?

Any information would be appreciated.

UPDATE: I redid the .db file on sqlite3 it fixed the proxy sending data an hour behind but now its falling behind like 30 minutes while processing new data.

Check this setting:
