Zabbix 4 with orabbix

I updated to Zabbix 4. Until now I used Orabbix to monitor oracle databases. After the update zabbix stopped receiving data. Log says: Orabbix - received unexpected response ' ' for key 'alive'
Please could you help me what has changed from zabbix 3 to zabbix 4?
