I am new here and would like first to congratulate the team behind this great Zabbix product!
We have defined some Services to monitor the SLA associated with them. However, when we make an update of our software, the site is not responding and the SLA goes down. We would like to flag (after the event occurs) that it was a maintenance and it must not be accounted in the SLA.
As on the screenshot, we could do a right click on the problem line and say "Maintenance"
Is it plan or is it possible to do it another way ?
