Zabbix Graph Problems

Dear Zabbix Forum Users,

Currently, I'm using Zabbix Server 3.4.14 on my environment to monitor some portals; also, I'm using couple of Zabbix Proxies to monitor some other network devices, in which they send results back to the Zabbix Server. However, I have a problem with the results and the graphs that I'm getting. Here is an example of what I'm seeing.

Take a look at the image.

Now, I didn't find away to understand those gaps between on the graphs. Have anyone found away to solve this issue.

What kind of item is this? Is of Zabbix trapper type? Could you show bigger screenshot where other details are visible?

This is the Response Time Graph. What type of details do you need?

I mean, what type of item is this. If this is an item of type Zabbix trapper and the values are sent with random delay this is a known behaviour.
