Seems like a crash. Look in log file what happened before. Aren't there lines like
Got signal [signal:11(SIGSEGV),reason:1,refaddr:0x50]. Crashing ...

Below is the logs between restarting services. I do not see any indication of crashing just PID dieing.

You need to increase zabbix server configuration parameter CacheSize . By default it's only 8 MB.
